Dear readers,

Finally I am back with another dreadful post for you to read after so many weeks. LOL! Hope things have been going well for you guys or at least better than mine...

Recently being attacked by multiple waves of fever, stomach aches and nausea. It wasn't pleasant to say that at the least. But at least my second wave of fever, I had Dear to take care of me and I could find some escape in the cool temperature of his arms... (:

Please please, annoying stomach ache and even more annoying runs, pleaseeeeee go away!!!!!!! T_T

At the moment trying to pathetically gather some shreds of events management to organize a birthday outing/celebration day for my devilish angles Beng Rui and Shi Ying. Time seems to pass too fast when we need to get things done on time, but time seems to pass to slow when we yearn to see the person we most love.

Talking about yearning, I believe there is someone else yearning for a someone special who entered her life about 7 months ago. Had a brief chat with Ms. Rainie last night, and I could sense she was disheveled by the enlistment of her Darling. Even though no matter how well I can understand her feelings and loneliness, plus the sense of crying keep welling up from inside. I just couldn't find a way to comfort her with just written text in msn. And I felt so not good about it, because I am the type of person who always would like to be there for her friends whether good or bad. But whatever I said, just didn't seem to help much. Sighs... Ms. Rainie Ms. Rainie... Please don't haggle so much with the negative and "blue" thoughts in your mind. It will make the wait for lr longer believe me, I have been through it, and I am still going through similar situations right now until this very day. Try to keep your head in the game, and the game here is called life. Adapt and you'll realize the very truth of distance and time making the heart grow fonder... No doubt you have knowledge of this already, just that it's easier said than done... Buck up girl! You can do it! (:

Dear blog and beloved readers,

How should I start? Well firstly, I got to have some great exchange with my dear Fanghan and Tong Fen about experiences of how we think, and what we feel. And all of it actually linked back to our beautiful relationships with our other half.

Exchanged some good memories, some bad, lesser of the bad though, and we came to find out that girls almost think the same. Even though we are involved in different lives, different characters, deep inside I can say our thoughts are linked.

"And men say they do not understand women! Well you know what? They are right! They don't understand us!"

I just had a great lesson refreshed, of a topic I have reminded myself before but sometimes seem to forget, when bad things happen think of the good things your other half has done for you. Thank you Tong Fen! You lifted me up! *Figurely speaking* XD

Also not to forget, thank you Mr. Oh, for feeding me the past few days when I was having skeleton shifts. If it weren't for you, I don't think I would have managed to get any dinner at all. Husband Oh, I love you...

Even though you won't read it, but the rest of the world will know, how you are the best husband to me! But even all of that doesn't matter, all that matters is that you know I will always be there for you. Forgive my tantrums and girly mood swings, because deep inside I know I was wrong.

P.S.: I am going to be patient and wait it out. I hope I am doing the right thing!

It has been almost 4 months ago since I last updated my blog and I can see the dust piling up in little clouds around here. *HATCHOO!!!*

Wiping away the little formations of dirt and dust from this good ole' blog, I have been considering to put some new skin into this online diary. However, I am afraid I lost 99.999999999% of my blogging skills... Thus, the new skin replacement might take another few decades to take place. Lolx.

Let me see... Hmmm... Nothing much happened though while I didn't blog... I think I can summarize the past few months in mere few sentences... Here we go! (:

I graduated from Republic Polytechnic, got my Diploma, joined back my Modern Dance group for an extra-ordinary performance in Indian style, meanwhile I got a job with The Ascott Pte. Ltd. at the property Somerset Bencoolen as a Guest Service Officer and we are all one big family over there! Ok, that was somewhat what happened during these past few months of absolutely non-blogging period... Boring huh?

I am also planning for a Wedding Dinner with my loveliest Dear but there doesn't seem to be a lot of progress... (No further comments about this...)

Seriously, next on my to-do list is to lose a few more kilograms before I can be satisfied with my body. Mainly aiming at my huge belly and even HUGER thighs... HAHA! Nonsense... Actually I wouldn't mind losing weight at the thigh areas as it would put less pressure to my still feebly, weak and injured knee. Damn it...

Wan Ru, are you crazy???! It is 0315hrs and you are still blogging at this hour???! Fine, it's time to go sleep now... And I will blog again, if there is something FAR more INTERESTING to say...

So dear readers, tomorrow it is going to my graduation ceremony together with the other few hundred School of Hospitality students. Registration starts at 12pm and ends at 12.30pm, and guests may be seated at 1pm.

Excited? Nah, I am not sure how to describe the feeling I currently have. Just that... HEY GUYS!!! WE'RE ACTUALLY GRADUATING!!! The 3 years of slacking and poly-ing went so fast, it was like yesterday when I first enrolled into this course. 3 colorful years of studying, playing and training hard.

Hope things will go smoothly tomorrow, so it can pass by in a jiffy, another unforgettable memory is going to be forged in about 10 hours plus time.

I am so fucking pissed right now! I seriously can't keep my temper when SHE starts being an idiot about the past things and blaming the children for every damn thing that happened to her pathetic life!

And then she got all upset just because of that piece of little text, telling me that he was blaming her for their recent quarrel and I don't know wtf else! Especially when I answered her that I didn't think it was very hurting or anything, oh boy the "party" was about to start with her!

Then there was this computer issue... She uses my laptop then recently something went wrong with my files and all, and my files are precious to me because it has almost 4 years of life stored in it. So my mum isn't like the worst IT idiot, but you know, she isn't that good with computers, so i was worried for my own stuff. Therefore, I made a new user account for her, besides my own one of course. her account is so much neater without all my rubbish on the desktop and all the files occupying every single corner of the laptop; I GAVE HER A NEW ACCOUNT TO HERSELF and guess what she said..

... YOU DON'T TRUST ME, YOU THINK I WILL DIG INTO YOUR FILES!!! I never said that woman!!! You are thinking that, but i never even said that! What is the matter with you paranoid sicko!

AND THEN, that is when the REAL "party" started! I was so freaking mad I can tell you I couldn't control my temper anymore at all! This was seriously fucked up ok.

No mood to type anymore about this now... Tonight it's going to be a night on the street for me sleeping, because SOMEONE just said she would be leaving our lives forever! Attention seeker! Today danced for like almost 5 hours, rehearsing and rehearsing for Momentum 2010! Seriously I am having sore feet like crazy and tired brains of thinking how not to panic during dancing. Lol. Lao gong was sweet enough to da bao food from his house to my school! The above photo shows the sumptuous meal he gave me, it looked so cute I had to take a picture of it!

We had a "romantic dinner" below at my void deck before he saw me home. Your the bestest best Lao gong! But seriously guys, I am really feeling like some zombie now, so I am knock myself out on bed. (:

See this contraption on top? Yea, that's how I feel now... Just that inside that ankle cuff there is something cuffed called THE BURDEN OF A FAILED FAMILY. What I am about to tell you my dear readers might not make sense to you or you might think I may be selfish. But I have to air myself, because I am the verge of a very serious breakdown. Even though yes, you might see me as cheerful, playful, crazy and noisy on the outside... So here it goes...

Nothing seems to go right... Whichever side I choose, either one of them wouldn't be satisfied enough... Everytime I have to hear sighs, complaints, quarrels and other crap. But the thing is, whatever side I choose, I would never be happy. Because I know either one wouldn't be happy with whatever I would choose to do... Why is it so hard? I don't get it... Am I that dumb? (Ok guys, I think I lost you right here already what I am talking about but I have to go on... I am sorry.)

How I wish I could be really selfish one day and just think of how I would be happy, instead of worrying myself dead about others. The thing is, I just can't do that... My nerves are about to breakdown and I know if I really breakdown, whatever is left over of my pathetic family will break down too. I keep realizing that when I am about to fall into that bottomless pit of misery and I have to fight, struggle to pull myself back up to the surface.

I am finally getting my own life, but she isn't letting me have one. She treats me like I am 12 years old and not 22 years old. I am awake hello! My mind isn't all 1 2 3 a b c, and you have totally no idea what the hell I am thinking because you don't bother to listen. You always tell me; if you don't talk to me how can I know what you are thinking? Well, very simple, it's because you don't F-ing listen WOMAN. No wonder both your husband's left you, and both your sons left you. Can't you bloody see I am the only one who never ever left you! And now that I am finally able to obtain something I can call "MY OWN LIFE", you are RUINING it for me???! You just want my marriage to end up just like yours so the scores are even!

You only care about your own little world... You are wrong Lao Gong! She doesn't give a damn about what is going with or about me. Because everytime something happens in our house, the first person she blames is YOU! She is just finding a F-ing scapegoat to throw her misery on! I am sick and tired of that! I really can't bring myself to feel sorry for her, I really can't. She doesn't deserve it... Enough Wan Ru... Enough... Or I am going to blow my top again... It's hard to control emotions these days...

Woke up early in the morning yesterday, just to rush myself to school for some videoshoot for dance done by STA. Once we reached the school we hurried into our tight fitting bodices and heavy skirts, fluffed the make up onto our face and skewered our hair with a ton of hairpins! But guess what... The production and shooting was canceled at the very last moment when we had everything done!!! Like WTF can! They didn't even apologize to us, they let Zaini apologize to us instead! Freaking @ssh0les!

Anyway, to perk the day up a bit in the early hours of the morning we went to make use of our hard work dressing up like this by taking some pretty photos! HAHA! Look look! Sexy Modern Dancers! Also tried to rehearse the new dance steps in these costumes and that was so CMI! Too heavy to dance the new choreography in this trapped embodiment. XD

I have been going back to dance lately, and oh what a rush! The feeling it gives after dance sessions is tired to the extreme and aching! But the fulfillment is even greater than all that. I will be rehearsing, learning and practicing for my last performance which will be on 29th May!

So far so good, but I have to be less sotong really. If not there goes my front stage placing for the peformance! (:

Actually I have quite a few photo's to post up about this year's CNY! But hor, don't know why the internet is so darn slow and lag and I don't know what. So ya... But I managed to squeeze some into Blogger!!! HEHE!!!

These few days seem to pass so quickly, especially when you are having fun with your buddies, family and hubby! The nights went pretty fast too, I actually overnight with him for 3 nights! Not consecutive though, but time flies when I get to sleep with him, with my head on one of his shoulders. (:

I wish I could spend the night with him everyday, but oh well, we don't have our own house yet! Lol! Applied already though now waiting for the balloting results to come out end this month. Let us pray, let us pray we get a house for ourselves!!! *praying*

Saturday going over to Sunday at around 00.55, Lao gong touched down back in Singapore! I was hanging around the airport for about 4 to 5 hours, luckily not all by myself. At first I was accompanied by my Si Hui nu er then after that I met Bao Ling to roam around the airport until both her boyfriend (Jerevin) and my hubby reached their belt.

It was belt 22 and we stood there for like ages making each other nervous for no reason. I thought I was going to have some nervosity breakdown or something! Lol. and we were definitely quite high, squeezing each others hands because we were cold and excited to see them at the same time.

But as time always flies by when I am with him, he had to book in this morning again back to camp. Sighs... Can't wait until he gets his 9 to 5 position at NS.

Currently looking for a full-time job to pursuit after RP, and I tell you honestly, I am quite scared of the idea to really tread into the real working world. I have applied for an event management related position with The Ritz-Carlton at their website. Now let us wait and see whether any other interesting job opportunities will come by.

Oh my Tian ah... I am so sick! I knew it was time to get sick finally! Haha! Ironic though... I think this is the worst nose situation I ever had in my 21 years of life. It just keeps dripping non-stop, like some freaking leaking tap!!! Like oh my gosh-ness!!! On top of that, my throat is so raspy pain and my head is pounding. Almost got to a fever temperature just now! Lucky I cooled down after drinking more water.

Why is it so hard for a girl to have like a BEST guy friend, without letting other people think you're just more than friends? I mean guys can like have a best GIRL friend, but girls cant have a best GUY friend. I mean what's up with that?

Apart from classmates, husband's guy friends and old friends, I am just quite afraid to make new guy friends. Afraid of being labeled disloyal and unfaithful and whatever shit. I know it is great to talk with your girlfriends about girl stuff and things. But sometimes, certain topics just feels better when you discuss it with a guy.

Society just makes it so hard for guys and girls to have a normal friend relationship most of the times, especially when it is a very bonded relationship. Anyway, whatever la. I was just pondering about this matter, since I was stoning the moment before I started blogging this post.

I think I have just blasted almost all the languages I actually know. I am so very disappointed with you. You care more for a stepmother than your very own mother? You own mother by BLOOD means less to you??? Just F-off ok. It hurts your heart to shift from that asshole's house to our house? What's so good about them, just because you have more freedom to move about the house. That's it? Perhaps a bit less nagging?

I tell you, you little ungrateful ass, that whore is a good-for-nothing husband stealer! She can't even cook! Like puh-lease?!?!?! How pathetic can you get really!

You just shifted back to our house, because you missed your girlfriend and you wanted to see her more frequently. If you miss them so freaking much, just go back to that rotten family which isn't even really your family. At least 2/5 of it is not! At least when your with us 100% is family by blood and by papers!

But then I realized, you're not even worth my disappointment when I see it from this way. Not that I will not consider you as my younger sibling still. Are you prepared yet??? HAHA! I know I am not ready yet, I havn't done anything about my resolutions by the way. On top of that, my blog is seriously rotting, like my friend Kel just now mentioned. Sighs... It is saddening in a way...

First things first, I am currently trying to rush finish FYP before Monday strikes at us! We are in dire straits to have this damn report to be done. Moreover, there will be exam week for us this coming week. How busy you want it to be? Oh wait, we have are this busy that those taking the Arts Management Module still have to finalize ALL our assignments by next week... And that is like W-T-F!!! For me... Still 5 more assignments to go! I have no idea how I am going to clear all this crap within less than 2 weeks time...

Well, all I can do now is to let my blog rot again, and JFYI all the photos will only be updated at Facebook momentarily. Blogger is seriously retarded with photos and I don't know why. Today, went out with my dear Si Hui for a while only.

The very first thing which was on our agenda was to go and disturb Cheryl Lim the Stalker!!! She works at this really cute shop selling baking materials and all sorts, so like her! If anyone is near Newton, do visit her little shop!

Secondly, we decided to wait for Stalker's reply whether she would be joining us for dinner or not. So, in the meantime we decided to go for some shopping at Bugis Junction! We browsed through first and second floor and hunted for Si Hui's laced dress she needed for Christmas! During our shopping phase we bumped into Wan Ting's little shop selling clothes too and said hi to her. After browsing around for another 15 minutes, Si Hui was so desperate for her dress, she decided to make a U-turn to Wan Ting's shop for her purchase. Hehe. But it was worth the money. The dress is really so her and so cute!

After that, we still walked around kind of aimlessly, but suddenly I decided I should get something new too finally. So there we went again hunting for good priced and good looking clothes. Guess what, I decided to buy a dress too! It is this really cute, body hugging, white colored mini dress with drop off shoulders! Dear hubby, you're going to love this piece of clothing I bought. Hehee...! Moreover, this lovely dress sold at only $10!!! Can you believe it?! On top of that, since it was kind of plain, Si Hui and me decided I should get an accessory, something like a long necklace. And yes! I got another little something for myself, which was a long purple and black bead like necklace, and absolutely looked matchingly good with the dress. (:

Though had a budget shopping, because I hate wasting money, the feeling was good! I was finally being more like a girl! (And I just realized something, I find it so hard to shop things for myself! Argh! Sometimes I wonder whether I am a girly girl at all or not).

Oh yea! We had a dinner at Manhatten Fish Market afterwards, it was a good meal, even though stalker couldn't make it to join us!

Well, I haven't get the chance yet to take a photo of this dress, but once I do have the chance I shall upload it to my blog or facebook! <3

Today, while I was rushing to pick up Dear from MRT I met this very strange person. Which I had a very short but funny conversation with. Since I do not wish that my blog would be tagged as semi-active I decided to paste this funny memory up to my blog post. (:

" Wan Ru was rushing towards Woodlands MRT because she was running late to pick up her Dear! When suddenly a kind of sleazy looking man approached her..."

Sleazy man: "Excuse me, excuse me miss. Would you give me a minute?!"

WR: *Stares blankly at stranger guy."

Sleazy man: "I am sorry to disturb you but I was wondering if you would be interested to be an actress or hostess in a TV programme/show? I am a talent scout seeking for new faces for the TV.

WR: *Still in rushing mode and gives Sleazy man bewildered look.* "Erhm, no. I am sorry, I am not interested. Ehe."

Sleazy man: "Oh but you look gorgeous miss, you are. And how old are you?"

WR: "No. No I don't. Haha. I am 21 years old."

Sleazy man: "So you don't think your beautiful or gorgeous?"

WR: *Shakes head vivaciously* "No I do not think I am gorgeous." *Smiled*

Sleazy man: "Oh well. I am sorry, but are you rushing somewhere? To where?"

WR: "Actually I am quite in a rush to Jurong side. I need to pick up my husband."

Sleazy man: *Gives bewildered look* "Your so young! You're 21 and you have a husband!"

WR: *Nods her head in acknowledgment* "Yea, I am sorry, but I really have to go now."

As I smiled one last time to this stranger sleazy guy, I turned my back and ran off to catch my MRT. While I was walking away from him, I could still hear him mumbling, something like you're 21 and you're married. I was quietly savoring on that sweet thought, that yes, I am married so what. And guess what, I am so freaking happy about it! Because I feel like a whole with my husband. A whole heart, a whole life, a whole soul and anything else which was broken before... <3

I just wanted to say and shout it off my chest. MY OWN FREAKING MOTHER CALLED ME A PIECE OF SHIT! AND SHE SAID I DON'T CARE FOR HER AND THAT I AM A MONSTER!!!

Now how hurting can you be?! So much for motherly love eh. I am the only one that has been filial to her. The only who decided to stay with her in this damned house! The only one who actually cared whether she ate or not!

I am not like my two younger siblings. Who left the house just because of some lame reason? And at the end, using me as the scapegoat, that it is because of me they left the house? How fucked up can you be? They rather stay with the father that left our family to break and with his new husband-stealing-bitch-woman-wife and that little brat. Than staying with their very own mother and sister.

And for all the above I am getting the freaking blame for all that? Thanks a lot ok. Thanks a lot! That's exactly what I needed during my graduation period, my last sprint, throughout my hectic schedules of Final Year Project, lessons, exams and other shit meetings. I am totally out of things or reasons to live for... If it weren't for you Dear... I would have been so send to Hell already. The only who can really listen to me when I talk about this kind of family rubbish. The only thing other than Dear which I can be glad of is that, I have food, I have water, I have a roof above my head and I get to go to school. That's it.

But the mental and emotional fulfillment is lacking so far behind all those physical traits.

I'm done here... A mother... Just only knows how to think that her daughter does not care about her, and she never sees that her wrong is that, she can't be happy for her own daughter. A bit nervous about working as some coordinator for the APEC CEO Summit, but it should be an experience of a lifetime! Since this summit only occurs every 20 years! It is like wow! Why such a big gap between the conferences and meeting... Gosh... Sometimes I really don't understand the adult and political world... Even though by law, I am an adult now... =.=''

So freaking tired at the moment... Dear must be tired too... Doing his 28 kilometer road march now... Don't know army is so retarded all the time... As if people will calmly and slowly march their way into war... Like dots!

Chapter 1~

After receiving a certain comment that my blog was collecting way too much dust, I decided to start a major cleaning session for my dearest blog. So many things has happened during the meantime, and I am literally dying to get it off my chest.

I would like to tell you about something which is currently contributing to my stress and extra wrinkles. This is regarding the very extremely prompt marriage arrangements being pre-made for Dear and me.

Everything is like so complicated and all these issues make up the voices which are either shouting or complaining in my head now! Here we go...

From Dear's family side:

Afraid something might happen to great grandmother, as she is considerably aged already! And then we have to wait another 3 years before we can get married.
They want to let his great grandmother see the oldest great grandson to be married off! [Dear being the great grandson]
6th December is truly a HOT date!!! Practically 1/5 of Singapore is getting married on this day!!!
Rushing into marriage preparations which were actually planned for two years later.
They can't get their points 100% clear to my mum.

My family side:

My mum thinks we don't trust each other.
She feels it's too in a rush to get married.
She thinks that, Dear's parents never considered our feelings and future!
She said it in this way that; I never said no or objected to you marrying him BUT... And here it comes... She still feels we need at least one more year to know each other better.
Doesn't fully understand the situation going on.

My brain:

Full of ARGHHHH noise and voices of both families in my head!
All this is making me feel so pressurised and stress!
Stress led to serious stomach aches and insomnia...
I really want to spend my life with Dear.
A wedding for me, means bliss, but my environment is making it otherwise...
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! [and that someone who is so essential to this marriage thing, isn't even here to help me. I thought it was supposed to be a 2 man show when it comes to a wedding, not a 1 man show...]
I need to do fitting of gowns, look for rings, find a venues for ROM, arrange school meetings, doing a community event, finding a job, trying to finish assignments, have to concentrate on FYP and so many many more!!!!!!!!!!!!
[All this is is a combination of the above 2 plus my own thoughts...]

But one thing is for sure... Dear your mine! And you'll always be! No matter what others say or do! You're stuck on me! Let this marriage be our happy bliss... <3

Chapter 2~

There has been one thing really annoying me the past week, apart from all my love cum marriage life. It's the fact, that I am keep being told that my Mandarin is weird. Which ya like duh! I know very well it is weird... But it is simply so discouraging to keep being told that I sound weird. It just make me feel more like giving up on speaking Mandarin, I don't even want to attempt anymore.

DO YOU KNOW I AM TRYING REAL HARD TO LEARN MANDARIN?!!! I AM DOING MY VERY BEST AND IN ALL MY POWER TO CATCH UP WITH MY LOST YEARS IN SINGAPORE!!!

You know... The feeling is like quite hurt and like scathing my pride in a way too. It is like telling a Singaporean; " You're English is so WEIRD with all your lah leh loh lei's! It is best you do not speak English, because honestly speaking, you're English seriously sucks like rocks!"

How would you feel, if you were that person? It is like so corroding the bit of pride you have of being bilingual right?

Everytime I just think... Things will change, just give it time... It will change... But everytime I just seem to be proven wrong when things happen again and again and again...

Whenever she has problems or whatever, I get it... And I listen, but she doesn't appreciate that. Does she listen when I have something? And even if she does listen, the farking conversation just turns back to her again. It's always about her and she doesn't even realize that. I just feel that she is one sad person who needs some VERY DEEP personal reflection.

I guess I found this 15 minutes of time to quickly update my almost dying blog.

Days have been full of sian-ity and madness the past few days (especially revisiting my ex-secondary school for 2 major speeches), and it is not going to get any better any time soon. (Some irritating virus music just started to play on my laptop. **** you!) No idea how to get rid of it man...

Yesterday, had a mini and cute celebration for Kelly, my secondary school girl sweetheart! 19 years old already this year, times simply fly so fast once you start looking back. Anyway, I hope soon I will get all the photos we took so that I can upload them here. (:

The monthly cycle has started once again and the stomach cramps are simply inedible... Men, guys, boys, you will never know how a woman feels when it is that time of the month. On top of that, the left side of my throat seriously hurts, causing me to force my voice out whenever I really NEED to talk. Maybe it is time to get sick again... Friends and family around me are all sick or getting sick...

FYP is really sticking deep right down my guts and the feeling is like being constipated for several days. Kind of lost in a way, waiting for some light to shine upon this misty road and to pick myself up again. Spearheading a team who is in charge of Public Relations and Media regulations isn't the least funny. But oh well, no doubt, at least I do have wonderful team members luckily. I can count on my buddies!!! (:

My brand new and beautiful purple phone is still under repair. SOBS! I want my phone back... Damn it... Sony Ericsson, why are you guys so damn slow?!?!?!

So, later going Army Open House (AOH), help my sis-in-law find a job and browse around for fun. I want to do that rifle mission thing they have there! HAHA! Waiting for Dear there too, because he will be there later! Woots! I miss you!!! <3

Just a little dedication I would like to make to Sheng Yao and Clara Lee.

I hope you have lived a life to the fullest, even though someone or something up there, decided to cut it short for you two. A lot of us are having a lot of questions spinning around... Like... Why? What happened? You seemed so happy? How come? Disbelief...

When I heard the news that you two had passed away, it was a real shock to me, and I couldn't believe for the first few hours. But it is real and now there is nothing left for us to repair...

Even though you have left us, you'll always be loved by us... As your close friends, classmates, family members and other loved ones. I hope you two will be able to move on, where ever you may be now and I hope that you'll know, you are being missed.

But we have to move on too, with tears and sad days, with laughter and happy days... Life has to continue...

I was staring at my laptop screen, when once again my mother was beloved-ly throwing her favorite tantrum on me. Anger, hate, disappointment, sorrow and other fucking emo stuff. Being from a family of 2 marriages, 2 divorces, 5 half siblings, countless grandmothers and an infinite supply of mind torturing quarrels. I think I know what crap is in life. And having a mother who only knows how to dig up the fucking past, is freaking hurting every single time!

So much for motherly support before my big day of FYP assessment. Thanks a lot for a whole bunch of nothing mum! I really hate to love you so much... And do you know how the whole crap quarrel started? Just by a simple remark, which wasn't even meant as a bad comment, and she blew the whole fucking situation up.

It went something like this:

Mother: " Bla bla bla, can I have your cousin's phone number?"

Me: " For? Haha, you want to talk to him? Hehe..."

Mother: " No la, what you thinking, he is not my type." (I know this is like no link, but well.)

Me: " Haha... Oh..."

Mother: " I think your cousin should know more about hang out places than me, for your birthday. What about bringing Clara?" (My mother's best friend, NOT mine.)

Me: " What about my uncles and cousins? I know you will say a no to them coming for my birthday. But you ask Clara who is not even family." (This is were she was apparently starting not be happy.)

Mother: " Well. I was actually planning a surprise for you, to go to a place and invite all your friends and whatever. Ok. And Clara is better than my family!" (Thanks a lot mum for that remark.)

Me: " I never asked for my friends to join in for this birthday. It's ok. There is no need to spend so much money either. And by the way, you shouldn't have told me about your plan if it was supposed to be a surprise! Oh oh... Now no more surprise... *Makes a silly face*" (I wasn't even being very sarcastic or serious at this point of time.)

Mother: " Hey, I am trying to organize YOUR birthday here ok! And this is what I get?" (Woman, what's up with you? I just made a casual remark and you're blowing things up?)

Me: " I never asked for anything, but just to celebrate a very simple 21st birthday with my own family!"

Mother: " BLA BLA BLA BLA FUCK NAG NAG NAG FUCK SCOLD SCOLD SCOLD!" (This is where the real party started.)

I mean come on! I wasn't even being serious or sarcastic or hateful! I was just passing a fucking casual remark? So people aren't allowed to be democratic these days is it? To hell with that...

As 31st July is closing in day by day, I know that you'll have to go through the trial which is called field camp... Your mother prayed for you, oh well Dear, you know her pattern. (:

On Friday morning,25th July, I woke up early in the morning to rush down to your house, to help your mum write a letter of encouragement for you. It was supposed to be a surprise, that is why none of us have told you about this secret letter, which you will receive on your first day when you go to Tekong field camp training.

The letter was kind of semi-formal, haha, because it wasn't just from me only. And mushy stuff wouldn't have been so appropriate I guessed. I am praying for you too Dear, that you'll be kept safe. I know you are strong, but you can never be too safe! Your sergeant have to bring back a healthy and unharmed Dear to me, if not I will !@#$% them upside down inside out!!!

9 days of not hearing your voice, 13 days plus without seeing your face, and another 1 year and roughly 10 months of NS. It is like... ARGH! I am so missing you! I know people are going to vomit at this paragraph, but I don't care.

But like you told me Dear, let's go through this together, and it will be over in a snap. Yet I can't help but to feel anxious and worried about your well being out there. Want to shit, also cannot shit anyhow one. Eww...

Crap... This four-lettered word and not more than that describes my emotion at the moment. I am so damn bored and tired...

At night its like restless periods of snoozing in and out, and I don't know why I am getting this very irritating dry cough. On top of that, the situation in school is definitely worsening. When we started from 2 cases of H1N1 and now it grew until 66 cases in total, and more still pending on results. I really don't understand our school management, the way they handle this ituation is totally not right. Especially when it comes to PR matters, Republic Polytechnic, you SUCK at PR handling! Irresponsible, selfish, denial mode and dumb...

I can't believe it...

I miss my Dear!!! Now that he is back in camp again... Argh... Days are so empty without his company at the end of the day. Love you Bao Bao! Take care hor!

My Dear is booking out today at 8 pm! Finally I can get to see him after two whole weeks! I think
I must be crazy, because I couldn't fall asleep at all last night and woke up freaking early this morning!

3 am, 4.30 am, 5.35 am, 5.45 am, 8 am and then I really couldn't sleep anymore. Is this still called insomnia or too happy? I don't know, anyway I am really quite active today considering the little amount of sleep I managed to catch last night.

As always I have been busy and TOO lazy to update my pastel colored blog. The weather is like freaking hot, and makes me want to on the air-con and sleep like a pig. =(00)= Erhm... This is supposed to look like a pig face anyway...

If the weather continues like this, my heat rash is so going to come back again! I DON'T WANT! Because someone might just go and pour hot water onto my leg again and leave a burn mark there... It has been quite enough for injuries on my leg area for the rest of my life. Hmpft...

Gosh, I feel like an auntie nagging all over this entry. In any case, either next Friday or Saturday Dear can book out from camp already and I can see him!!! Finally! Really missed you Dear! And we are so going to watch Transformers with our little gang. Haha... Little gang? Oww, whatever!

Today, it is Father's day ladies and gentlemen, for those who havn't realize it yet. After updating my blog, I am going to get changed, wear my lenses and get out of my hell house to celebrate Father's day with the Oh family! I feel so pai seh... When I think of what Dear's mum told me to do, if I wanted to give his father a present... I have to call Dear's dad daddy? That is like giving me such a weird feeling! I hope she isn't serious... I mean... I havn't had a real dad since I was a little girl... Lol. Anyway, I am going to have a bunch of fun later when going to Dear's house. :)

Yesterday, I went to Dear's wai po's house for a small family gathering too. And oh my goodness! There were 10 little brats running around the house, who are all under the age of 10! Look at this sentence, doesn't it look funny. Hehe. I played with them until my limbs felt like dropping off. But nonetheless, they are so cute and energetic! If I have the time this week I will upload the numerous photos I have taken from the cute little ones!

Oh no... It is almost 12.45pm and I havn't get ready to go out! Ta-ta dearest readers! I have to scurry off now!

A very good, romantic, happiest, best and greatest news is that... Dear proposed to me! It was like a dream come true~! Yes! I know it sounds crazy at first, and many of you may think, but you two are still so young and you havn't even start working yet. But that's what this saying is all about I guess; "Love is blind."

Dear and our brothers tricked me the entire time, and made me believe it was a normal outing before Dear would go NS. I am such a Sotong!!! Never mind, I am endlessly grateful for their effort and thoughts. They gave me a memory of a lifetime... An once in a lifetime thing you know, it was so beautiful and it still is!

Dear... You managed to start the dream life I was hoping for... :) I love you like crazy! <3

A date with a precious memory... <3

But now... If I had the photos... I would have uploaded them... From this morning... When Dear finally officially was recruited into NS. I spend yesterday, the whole day and night with him. But time seemed to fly and it never seemed to be enough to spend with him. The hours were deceivingly short spending it all with him.

This morning woke up at around 5am plus like that, to get ready for his enlistment into the army. He is in 41 SAR and belongs to platoon 7 section 1. Sharing a bunk at the fifth floor with his mates at Kranji camp. His mother, little brother and sister, Shi Min and me, went through the whole process to see him become an official recruit. From the pledge until the last part, where his hair was decapitated from his head. What a pity... I liked his hair, always roughed through it. Lol. He looks really funny now...

Another three long and lonely weeks full of boredom to go before I can see Dear again... Haiz... Damn... I am missing him so badly already and it has been 6 hours only. Now I have nowhere to run anymore when my family is in turmoil... No one to talk to or just to lie down with him to get my mind cleared. I hate going home, even more now when I can't see him before I go home...

Take care Dear! At least I am assured you get enough to eat and drink there. Rest well after a long day... I miss you...

Sobs! I was attacked by a beetle this morning!!!

I can't believe I actually didn't feel a thing when I slipped into my shoes, and happily head my way to school earlier than usual. I walked and walked and walked continuously for about 18 minutes and I didn't realize a thing!

After I reached class, I still did not notice it until I changed my seat.

My foot slipped into my shoe once more... and... I felt something nibbling at my toe! At first I just thought my toe was irritated by the shoe, but when I took out my foot, I saw that THING! That very huge BEETLE, that was stuck at the front of my shoe crawling around! Oh my God, I felt so disgusted and eww-ed!

Luckily, there was a hero sitting at a table next to me, as he took my shoe and examined the THING inside it. And he was like; "If it were a cockroach I wouldn't even dare to see your shoe." After these words, he left the class with my shoe and removed it. Returning after wards with a rescued shoe and a rescued me. To my dismay I found a miserable patch, which that THING left behind in my shoe. Damnnn... Took a plaster and plastered over it...

Sunday it was truly a SUNday! It was so damn hot and sunny, but nonetheless it was a beautiful day!!! Went to Sentosa's Siloso beach with Dear. Too bad I didn't remember to get some photos. It was not very crowded and the beaches were nice and clear.

I finally got to really get out of that place called Woodlands, and out of that house full of misery. It was like stepping out of the world for a while. Enjoying the sun, the sea and the sand for that day only. I hope there will be another outing this Sunday.

Though, I did get a real bad sunburn, I can't even stretch my shoulder blades properly. It hurts like damnnn... Haha, but it was worth the fun. :)

I have to lie down real still if I want to fall asleep at night. Lols. Oh no... I think I am becoming a beach and suntan addict. ^-^V

This morning on my way to school, I was actually so unlucky to trip and almost fall unto my face. However, that is not the worst part... The front part of the slipper gave way!!! And I had to walk the rest of the journey bare feet... T_T

Another pain in the ass is today's lesson... I so don't like this facilitator! Facilitators are supposed to give constructive comments for your daily performance, but she, she gives DESTRUCTIVE comments!

Oh ya, I need some way to vent my anger at times ladies and gentle-people. Either use someone or something as a punchbag (literally) or quickly try to get back to dancing! I have no way at all to vent my cropped up feelings of frustration from some place...

I had the weirdest dream last night, I swear... It has been such a long time ago since I had a REAL dream, because now a days I am just too tired to still dream I guess. In any case, for some weird reason I don't want to lose the memory of this dream.

Here my recount of the broken pieces of my dream/nightmare:

"Walking calmly around in one of Singapore's neighborhoods together with my mother and brothers. I know we were content, but yet we were silent and didn't talk much. Suddenly, the peacefulness was shattered when we saw someone stumbling and groaning along the roadside. The man fell down and didn't move for a few moments. Just when we were about to walk over to the man, his body started shuddering and his head jerked up violently. As he stood up he slowly turned into a wolve and grabbed a passer-by and bit him.

Scared out of our wits we rushed back home. Once we reached there we barricaded our front door and looked out of the window. The virus was spreading fast, I could see people being shredded and bitten turning into wolves after that. It was a terrifying dead scene. We know we were surrounded, with only few survivors around us..."

And that is when I woke up. Strangely enough I was scared like hell, even though I think I know what I was doing in my dream. Does it mean anything? Is it because I had an argument yesterday before I reached home and went to bed? Did I do something wrong? I don't know...

Quite a few things happened to me the past few days! I have been on MC for two days, because I became seriously sick on Tuesday night. After the Singapore Business Awards I felt so damn pain and tired. The next morning woke up with headache, burning throat and a leaking nose. Haven't been this sick in ages already. So I guess it was about to be my time...

Wednesday blissfully snoozed the day away with Dear. He was sweet enough to pei me all the way from morning until night. I couldn't move, I couldn't do a single thing on Wednesday. Total immobilization. LOL.

Thursday, I felt just slightly better. At least headache was gone and I could move around a bit. Since I wasn't totally recovered, Dear and me took it easy on Thursday too. We went to scout for a place for Yao Liang's birthday! He found this real cute and interesting place called the Mind Cafe, where we sat, had our lunch and played some dummy games! It was fun!

Also on Thursday evening I had a farewell party for our dance seniors! Our pioneer alumni batch of dancers! I had mixed feelings though... Happy and sad... Haha...

I have loads of pictures from all these above events, but currently I am stucked at work so unable to upload pictures from office. Once I get back home over the weekend I will have them uploaded!!!

- What's this?!?! A soar throat AGAIN?!?!?!!

After coming back from work last night, I started to realize the freaking soar throat has come back to pay me a visit once again. It was so itchy and dry last night, I couldn't get to sleep at all. Even though I was tired like nobody's business.

It made me twist and turn all over my single mattress bed. I think I stayed awake until about 04.30 AM or 05.00 AM. Woken up by my alarm early in the morning at 07.20 AM and it just seemed unreal, that the day was about to start. Soaring pain in my throat like flames and the office air-con is not making things less painful either.

So now the picture is me, in a very simplified version of course... And all those red symbolic lightning things, you may multiply it by 10. Thank you. As for the picture at the bottom... I am screaming for some throat pastilles to sooth my burning throat!

Oh yay-ness!!! Bao Bao brought me to work this

morning for the first time! So sweet... =X

Even though it was a rather tough time getting him out of

how my Valentine's Day went right? I wanted too, but I

My dear readers, I think I have been neglecting you for
quite a considerable long time! I apologize for any inconvenience

Ok. Cut the crap and to the point. It is 2 AM plus in the morning already
but I simply couldn't resist to have little update... :)

Firstly, I have started my internship at Singapore Press Holdings since
this Monday. So far it has been quite an experience. A bit
overwhelming, but so far so good! I hope that the company will not
pressure me too much yet. Becaues even though I am tired from work, I
know that what I am doing at the moment... It is PEANUTS!!! To them
la... T.T

Secondly, my stitches have finally been removed from my knee. Hooray!!!
It is healing well, just that it is stiff and tired all the time. But I will
make sure that gets better by PHYSIO...

Thirdly, oh boy oh boy. I can't wait until tomorrow! It is going to be
Valentine's Day and it becomes double happiness when it is our
18th month on that very same day!!! ^-^V

(One and a half year for those -like me- whom maths is not that good.)

I am really perplexed when I read something... I guess
I was just scaring myself or something. I am really scared right
now. Read about an article how my surgery was done, and I was
totally freaked. Meniscus tear, ACL tear, damaged ligaments and
I don't know what other things.

Now then I know that my knee is actually still in grave danger. So
I have to tell myself... "Wan Ru, no excessive jumping around, running
around, hopping like madgirl or any other types of exercise which
could further damage your knee.

Everytime I think back of the pain I used to go through, shiver run down
my body. Now I really REALLY have to concentrate on recovering
what is left of my knee, if not it is...

One big word... PHYSIOTHERAPY!!! This time I promise to work triple
hard to recover and I will not be lazy or just accepting a pain anyhow.
Hey, I have a long way to go ok! I want to graduate with two
functioning legs, build a career with two healthy legs and have my
own BIG HAPPY family with two strong legs!

Today was so boring, tomorrow also boring... Only Wednesday can
come out finally, and that is to go hospital. lol. That's it for now
people, enough for my rantings...

Currently feeling like drop dead exhausted, but somehow
I just can't get to sleep yet. Thinking about how today will
be like at around 12pm? It is about 1.45 am in the morning
now...

The 29th January has come! Repairs in progress and
hopefully a repair for good! No more pain, no more struggles
to walk and regaining the ability to dance! Finally a real good
thing might just happen this new year.

If you ask me whether I am scared... I would say... Like duhh
I am scared! But oh well, let's get this over with by the 29th!!!

It is Chinese New Year! Moooooo Year!
Ha-ha! Ok, whatever it is, I am still as lame as always.
Like duh!!!

Hope this year will be a better one than last year. I am quite a

sleepy yet and so I decided to stay up and give my mother
longevity. WAHAHAHA!!!

Just now had a reunion dinner as I already mentioned
yesterday in my post. After that went to watch the movie:
The Wedding Game. Went to watch it with my mother, brother,
ALL of Dear's brother and sisters and of course him too!

It was a fun night people. :) Pretty satisfied with the happenings.
Tomorrow early morning going for visits with Dear, after that
in the afternoon return home to help with dinner preparations.

We were beached!!! =)

Went to East Coast on Sunday and we had a mini-big picnic!
The food was yummy, the sun was bright, the wind was strong and
the people were lame!

Seriously got a sunburn yesterday, the first time this year! Ha-ha!
Not that I plan to get any more sunburn in future... XD

So I went for my MRI scan at Alexandra hospital
last Saturday. It was so huge and boring and noisy!!!
I actually fell asleep during the one hour plus scanning
session.

Sunday I spend a day with Dear and we went to swim in
the morning. 8 am I woke up to get ready and changed to
go Dear's house first. Had to give him a morning call too
before I left my house. :)

After we met, we went down to Jurong side there to get
a bit of breakfast and first we had to find something...
HAHA... Can't say what la... Around 10 am we reached
the swimming complex and we went to transform into
our swimming attire! Whatever... Dots...

I was wearing this bikini which I call a THING! I am so super
shy when I wear that can??? I really don't fancy because
I have like SUPER low confidence in my body. I should be.
Wahahaha!

First we wanted to go into that current thingy, that stream
you know. But once our toes reached the water, we were like...
Oh my tian ah! So ice cold!!! To warm up, Dear suggested
to go from one of the slide to absorb the shock of the cold water
first! So scary...

After that, we went around to stroll in the lazy pool, kind of a
jacuzzi like pool and after that we went to the "beach". Where
Kelvin almost somehow drowned. Lol! Sorry, no offense Kel!
The water there was even cold! Dear held on tight to the float
we had! He was so scared of the spraying water, as he was
shivering like crazy. Ha-ha!!! All over the skin there were goose
bumps to be seen. I pushed him with the float further into the
waves and made him paddle like a madman to come back
to "shore"! That was a really FUNNY scene! I am so bad...
NOT!!!

Afterwards, we went to find Ah Ma... And saw his sister too. We
went to lunch at Sakae Sushi the three of us. That was about it.

So I was wondering... When is it finally going to be my time to
dance once again? Just now we had a Modern Dance meeting
at Zaini's office... I saw all my dance mates after roughly
a 2 month plus not seeing them... I really miss the feeling
of dance. The sweat, the tears and the muscle ache...

I so miss to dance I so miss it... T.T

Isn't this girl beautiful when she dances? So elegant so graceful.
I love to dance...

This Saturday having an appointment at 11 am at Alexandra
hospital for a MRI scan. Then from there they'll see what
necessary invasion they have to make on the internals of
my knee. Scared though... Real scared... I just hope I will
fully recover from this injury this time...

- A little goodbye to the holidays...

Yesterday we in a way quite last minute decided
not to go for work and find ourselves replacements
instead. We wanted to enjoy the last day of our holiday
for a while!

First Dear and me went for a movie which is Yes Man! A
comedy where the main character was played by Jim
Carrey. Or whatever you spell his name like, and everytime
I see the elasticity and size of his mouth! It truly amazes me how
he does it...

After that little piece of laughter, we went back to Dear's home to
wash up and make a little change of clothes plus shoes. My flats
were like damn hurting and my knee was already in a terrbible
condition that afternoon.

We got ourselves out of the house alive! A lot of little cute
monsters were running around trying to catch us upon going
out. We met Yao Liang and Gin a bit later on at Bugis for
a yummy steamboat! Had some laughters and talks exchanged
during the 2 hour dinner-ing.

Afterwards we had a tiny shopping session for nothing special.
Returning back to Woodlands at around 9pm something.
Slept all the way back in the MRT, sleep until my neck is pain
today. Ha-ha! Super tired in class now... Some more later there
is an UT!

As 2009 came closer and closer yesterday night...
We were having fun, crap and other stupid stuff to
entertain ourselves with. Oh, I wish I had some photo's
to show! But, it seems that there are none! Oh well, perhaps
just recapping a few memories will give a good idea of thtat day.

Capture 1: Morning was filled with polyclinic visiting, medicine
claiming, birthday cake buying and wet market patronizing, for us!

Capture 2: Early afternoon we went to Shi Rui's house to get the
first bits of taste of the steamboat! It was YUMMY! Even
though I wasn't having a good apetite...

Capture 3: As the hours passed on, Shi Rui's house was being filled
more and more with brothers and sisters! Laughter became louder
and crap became... More crap?

Capture 4: At night once again we had our delicious steamboat
plus a mini frying thing... Forgot the name of the thingy...
So ya. He-he...

Capture 5: Countdown was nearing and so was the mini celebration
for Yu Yang's birthday! We bought mini fruit tarts for him. :)

that was not needed... You were too excited playing. So I
was like fine. It's ok. I don't want to say anything. I went
to find little Keith, who was playing all by himself. Went there
to encourage him a bit, he seemed bored last night.

On top of that, I was worrying about whether my home was
fine. Whether my mother would blame me for coming
to a friend's house instead of staying at home. Everytime I
have this uncomfortable feeling going out for these events.

I know you're being the host, being all over the place...
I spared many thoughts for you, I wanted to hide what I
thought about it... But I just couldn't hide all of it... I am
truly sorry if I didn't behave myself.

However, you replied me... "How many times do I still
have to explain?" That may be the saddest part...

I now have decided already... I don't want to give in to my
emotions so easily... Not anymore...
